The team Ombra Racing was created in 1994 when Gianfranco Colleoni and Matteo Quadri, the team's founders , became engaged the development of a Formula Junior which participated to the Trofeo Cadetti : the particular shape of the bottom plate of the car inspired the original name : tea.After 20 years of racing, Ombra Racing became a solid Team within the Italian motorsport with diversified programs among the fastest GT3 cars , the charming and historical prototype sports cars and single-seater Formula 3.
