Phoenix Racing is going to deploy a large line-up to the Blancpain GT Series Sprint Cup. At the five events in Europe the Nurburgring-based squad will field two Audi R8 LMS. Markus Pommer will team up with the Dane Nicolaj Møller Madsen, the overall runner-up in the 2015 debut season of the Audi Sport TT Cup. The second cockpit will be filled by the Austrian Niki Mayr-Melnhof and Markus Winkelhock.
A car will be entered for the Total 24 Hours of Spa. Already confirmed has been the driver squad of Christopher Mies, Frank Stippler and Markus Winkelhock, who previously triumphed in the Ardennes two years ago.
