Tickets now on sale for 2023 Fanatec GT season opener at Monza

Tickets are now on sale for the season-opening Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS event at Monza on 21–23 April.

The Italian circuit returns to the schedule this year to host a three-hour Endurance Cup contest, kicking off the 2023 campaign at one of world motorsport's most historic venues. Click here to purchase your tickets now

The event will follow the usual Endurance Cup format, beginning on Friday with a one-hour Bronze Test at 17:00. The full field will be on-track at 09:00 on Saturday morning for Free Practice while Pre-Qualifying takes place at 13:40, with both sessions lasting 90 minutes.

As ever, the competitive action will be staged on Sunday. Qualifying is scheduled for 09:00 and will use the same three-session format that has been in place since 2018. This sets the grid for the opening race of the 2023 season, which will go green at 15:00 on Sunday afternoon.

In addition to the main event, a trio of high-level support championships will be on-track at Monza. In what is becoming an annual tradition, the season opener will see both the Fanatec GT2 European Series and GT4 European Series in attendance, with each staging a pair of races at the Italian circuit.

They are complemented by the Clio Cup Series, a long-running one-make championship that uses the fast and nimble Renault Clio R.S. V. This will be the first of four events at which the series will join Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS in 2023.

The event will also feature a pair of Assetto Corsa Competizione races at the Fanatec Esports Arena. Real-world drivers will face off in the Fanatec Esports GT Pro Series, while the new-for-2023 SRO Esports Sim Pro Series will see the world’s best virtual competitors do battle.

In a special promotion, entry to the circuit will be entirely free of charge on Friday, parking included. Entry for Saturday and Sunday costs 20€ and 25€ respectively, while a full weekend ticket costs 35€. Purchased tickets include access to the Fanatec GT paddock.

Children up to six years and people registered as disabled may enter free of charge, while those aged between seven and 11 can attend on Saturday and Sunday for just 1€. Discounts are also provided for the under-24s, the over-65s and ACI members. More information is available at monzanet.it. Further information regarding the event will be added here.
